Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Joe Veggies LLC specializes in fresh, perishable produce. Because of the time-sensitive nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

Because microgreens, shoots, and other produce are perishable food items, we generally do not accept product returns after delivery. If there is a quality or fulfillment issue, contact us promptly so we can review a replacement, refund, or account credit.

Eligible Refunds

We may issue a refund or credit if an order arrives damaged, spoiled, or materially different from what was ordered. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Non-Refundable

Orders that are prepared and delivered as requested are generally non-refundable due to perishability. Late or missed pickup/delivery windows may be ineligible for refunds.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Orders may be cancelled or adjusted before harvesting, packing, or delivery preparation begins. Once an order has been harvested, packed, delivered, or made available for pickup, it may be ineligible for cancellation because the products are perishable.

Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe an invoice or payment is incorrect, contact us before filing a bank or card dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Include the invoice number, payment date, amount, and a brief description of the concern.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. ACH bank debit refunds can take at least 3 business days after the original payment succeeds, depending on the customer's bank.
